Titan Comics is excited to announce that the bestselling comic series Rivers of London will be returning for a new arc titled “Monday, Monday”. Issue #1 of this new story from the bestselling fantasy author Ben Aaronovitch is set to arrive in stores July 7, 2021 with a cover by superstar artist Veronica Fish.
This year marks the tenth anniversary of Ben Aaronovitch’s first Peter Grant novel, RIVERS OF LONDON which has since expanded into numerous novels, novellas and comics which have sold more than two million copies worldwide and been translated into 14 languages.
The synopsis for this new series reads: What starts as a routine undercover operation to break up an organized teenage pickpocket gang turns into something far more sinister. A werewolf is on the loose and will stop at nothing to avoid capture! It’s up to Peter Grant and his cohort of chums to hunt the deadly lycanthrope and bring him to justice.
Monday, Monday will see Aaronovitch joined once again by the creative talents of Doctor Who Script Editor and fellow series writer Andrew Cartmel. This series will also introduce fans to the stunning artwork of DC comic artist Jose Maria Beroy.
Ahead of the announcement, Ben Aaronovitch revealed his excitement for this new comic series “My expectations for Rivers of London were modest making its surprise success all the more gratifying when it came.
